I had a very enjoyable stay and would love to go back! It was a beautifully designed hotel with excellent internet. The location was strategic and convenient, at walking distance from an award-winning shopping mall. There were a market and shopping centers around the venue.

I chose Izumi Hotel Bukit Bintang for its convenient location near Alor Street. The online service team pleasantly surprised me with their dedication to serve. I particularly liked that Alor Street is a favorite after-clubbing dining spot in the Golden Triangle area.

Attended a business conference and this hotel provided the perfect location and amenities. The service was warm and personal, and the wide range of services met the needs of both business and leisure guests. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.
